Opening checks not OK: Hot water at every sink - No hot water at the wash-hand basin at 7.45. Reset the boiler, hot water back by 8.10. Used the prep sink with soap meanwhile. (Sam Example, 07:50)

Customer said their soup was lukewarm - Probed it at 58°C after topping up the kettle too fast. Reheated to 82°C, served a fresh bowl, reminded staff to probe after topping up. (Alex Example, 12:40)
